Terms of Service

Xolumix is a product of Ximplex, operated from Costa Rica. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ximplex. "You" means the person using Xolumix. You can reach us anytime at support@ximplex.app.

Xolumix turns a spreadsheet (an Excel or CSV sheet) into a simple app: a list with search and filters, a form to add or edit records, a board to move records through stages and a summary with totals. You can invite people from your team to use the app with you, and export your data to Excel at any time.

• You sign in with your Ximplex account (Google, GitHub or a sign-in link sent to your email). You're responsible for keeping that account secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• If you invite team members, you decide what they can do, and you're responsible for how they use your apps.

• The spreadsheets and records you add to Xolumix belong to you. We only use them to run Xolumix for you.
• Only upload data you're allowed to use. If your sheets include information about other people (like your customers), you're responsible for having the right to store it.
• Please don't upload sensitive data such as health records, card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers. Xolumix isn't designed for that kind of information.
• Read our Privacy Policy to see what we collect and how we protect it.

Don't use Xolumix for anything illegal, to store or share harmful content, or to try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. If we see misuse, we may suspend the account. We'll try to contact you first whenever possible.

• Free month: your first month is free, so you can try Xolumix with your own sheets.
• Paid plans: $12 per month or $120 per year. Prices are in USD and taxes may apply.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll arrange a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
• If you stop paying, you can still see and export your data.
• If we ever change prices, we'll tell you in advance, and the change will apply from your next renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We aim to keep Xolumix running smoothly, but it's provided "as is", and there may be occasional downtime or errors. Keep your own copy of important data (exporting to Excel takes one click). We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we ever shut Xolumix down, we'll give you advance notice and a way to export your data.

To the extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Xolumix anytime. To delete your account and data, email us and we'll do it within 30 days. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are important, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
